What do you enjoy about your job?
The best part of my job is being able to meet and assist our client families at the most challenging time of their lives. Knowing that I have met all the requests of the families I serve fills my heart with joy.

How long have you been working for Universal Chung Wah?
I have been employed with Universal Chung Wah since August 2006. For the last 15 years it has been very rewarding as I have had the opportunity to meet and attend to many client families.

What languages do you speak?
English and Vietnamese.

Are there any special community groups you work with or support?
There are many community groups that Universal Chung Wah has built strong relationships with over the years. They include Australian Chinese Buddhist Society, Salvation and Cambodian Buddhist Assoc, Indo Chinese Assoc and more. We support their community groups through sponsorship and attending their events.

What do you enjoy in your spare time?
I enjoy reading, attending social events and traveling.
